Which Chromatography Service Plan do I need?
Plan 1
With Plan 1 you’ll receive on-site support within 72 hours, ensuring that any issues are looked into quickly and don’t delay your work more than necessary. You’ll also receive telephone support, this allows you to speak to a trained and certified engineer with any queries you have that don’t require a site visit.
Plan 2
With Plan 2 you receive all the support of Plan 1 and more. With Plan 2 you will also receive preventative maintenance. Through preventative maintenance you can ensure your machine continues to run smoothly, along with, identifying any potential issues early on. This can lessen the chance of work being delayed by helping to reduce the risk of equipment breaking. You will also receive off-site workshop support for any issues that cannot be dealt with in the lab.
Plan 3
Plan 3 provides the same support as Plan 2 but with the added benefit of consumable parts being provided for preventative maintenance. This means that more of your costs are covered by your plan. If you don’t have in-house support from engineers then this plan will provide you with greater support than Plan 1 and 2 to ensure your business can run smoothly.
With Plan 3, more is covered upfront, leaving ‘peace of mind’ for servicing costs. This plan is ideal for bigger labs with more equipment that require regular maintenance.
Plan 4
Plan 4 offers the most coverage for your laboratory. This plan provides you with everything from service parts to breakdowns. The key benefit over Plan 3 is that breakdown labour and call outs are covered.

With our team of highly experienced engineers, we are able to offer servicing across new and older equipment.
My system has a fault, but I may be able to fix it myself with guidance, does this require an engineer visit?
